Why yes I did race in Katy this weekend. I did quite well actually. Jon Broom and I managed a 9th place finish overall and we won 2nd in class. Not too bad. It was a lot of fun. I hope Jon calls on me to help out again I certainly had a blast.

Watch what you say Tony, it may be harder than you think. Jon ran the endurance and never put a knee down. I myself wore some down quite a bit. Matter of fact, that knee on the ground was about the only thing keeping the bike upright sometimes. Those boogers sure do slide around alot. The best way to describe the way it felt, was like riding in the rain on a big bike and pushing it. O and BTW, I am going to buy one for myself to race. Hopefully I can find one before the season ends.

thats how i was on sunday.... felt like a wanna-be rossi sliding threw corners with knee on the track. started having too much fun doing that and i think it started slowing me down a bit. got the slide down though!
