On November 6th I will be participating in the American Heart Association's Heart Walk. This is one of the major charity events that I and The Methodist Hospital participate in every year to help prevent and treat all forms of cardiovascular diseases.

The goal is to raise over $1.1 Million, and we are still below that mark. As part of my network of friends and family, I ask that if you can find a way, please help and make a donation.

Attached is the link to my teams donation challenge. Any amount can help.

Thanks. And yes this will mean I'll miss the monthly meeting.

Gerald,

I donated for the cause, thanks for walking. I do have some doubts about the accuracy of your picture though.

For others, donating can be done online with a credit card. Sweet.

Is this really Gerald?

Randy - Thanks for contributing, and stop posting baby pictures of me!!! Year of exposure to the harmful rays of the sun have brought about this metamorphosis from the young little boy in the picture to the motorcycle rebel you know today.

The HOUSTON Heart Walk is this weekend. I'll post pics of me shivering. Much different than the young me in shorts in the picture above. :D
