I bought my Bridgestone BT020's on Sept. 15th and I already have 3049 miles on them. I love these tires. :D
They look like I will be able to get another 3000 miles and more out of them.
Kudos to Mike Benson for talking me into these tires. ;)

Todd, I definitely agree. I got my 020's on 9-22 & have over 4000 miles on them now. For my riding abilities, they stick really well. The rear tire still has 3-4k left.
I will be getting another set of 020's in early 2002 because that's what comes on the new VFR!!! :D

You put more miles on your bike in a month than Rick Z can on one of his bikes in a year! :D Especially since that puss won't come out and ride anymore. smile.gif

That's why I purchase a new bike every year. The 2000 Katana had 18,000 miles when I gave it to my brother at 12 months old.

My expectations aren't quite that high. I imagine some preferential treatment will be given to some of the bigger dealers. I'll settle for having the first 02' VFR in the DFW chapter & Breeno can join in with his '02 R1.....

Well thanks to Mike and Todd for convincing me to got with the 20's. I just finished mounting my wheels with shiny new shoes.

I'll start the countdown. I'm sure they will outlast the Avons, but prolly not the Macadams. Those things were touring tires, not much sport in em.

Todd, how do you think the 20's will hold up against Katana cupping?? The Mac front was really bad, the Avons showed some after 2500-3000.

Hank, congrats on the new wheels. I have my eye on that VFR, especially after riding Mike's. Plus I love that exhaust. Bring her down for inspection when you get 'er. :D
