Getting rid of an old friend. My loss is your gain, blah, blah, blah.
Seriously, I have owned the bike a long, long time, and she rarely ever let me down. It has been well taken care of, and will make someone a great first bike. It handles with the new bikes with no problems in the corners- very predictable and planted. Of course, it gets strafed by the new liter bikes, but it does well with the middle weights. Here is the list of goodies:

This is an '87 VFR700F2 with around 20k miles (?)
'93 CBR600F2 damper rod front end with RaceTech springs and gold valves
F3 calipers (new) on (new) EBC Pro-Lite rotors, HH pads
17" wheels front and rear (white) 120/70 and 160/60 for tire sizes so you have lots of choices for rubber
900RR guages (that work the way they are supposed to)
900RR brake master cylinder
Brembo clutch master cylinder
Goodridge Kevlar lines (all, including clutch)
Good rubber (Dunlop D207), lots of mile left on these new(ish) tires
Cobalt solo tail with 900RR seat
Engine is solid and well-kept
New Airtech RC-30 upper (unpainted, no headlight hole) with new wind screen (Zero Gravity)
Tank and solo tail in excellent shape, upper fairing is new- have spare stock style (Maier) VFR lowers (cracks and rash from slow speed get-off), stock side covers (extras).
Will give a new D207 and Michelin TX35 rear with the bike. Can be made streetable for the cost of a headlight (from any twin headlight GSXR) and your time. Can also be made to race Vintage 6 or 7 (newly eligible) for the cost of a AMA legal RC30 lower and some safety wire.

$1500 or make offer, never know what I'll accept.
Will deliver within 100 miles of Houston, all others will pay actual shipping costs.

I am going to pay off the SV to get on the track!

The VFR is the one in my avatar- email if you would like more pictures.
