You should include a picture of it now. I think it looks cool as a naked bike. That track picture doesn't show much of the real beauty of the machine.

I agree about 1,000 miles worth. ;)

Pic by request.

The single exhuast and lights are not going with the bike. The Termi 57mm exhuast is going back as was with the addition of the Jethot coating. The lights will be replaced buy the Ducati Performance fairing stay and Ducati performance race wire harness. If the road equipment, "CoonDuc" and/or stock, is wanted that can be easily negotiated.

I did some research on Fleabay and the Duc forums. The part out potential far exceeds my asking price. I may being going that route b4 too long. ..but my as is price is OBO. As I said, make an offer, you may be surprised.

I also have a complete new set of Samco silcon coolant hoses that need installing. ...part of my planned 24k maintenance. The only part of that maintenance that will be left to the dealer is the vlave adjustment and belt replacement. This way makes the cost considerably less by doing the majority of the work myself.

Bah... I took a huge hit selling my AIH a few years back. Got lucky that the Porsche sales manager wanted one and used it as the trade in on my 996. I think I'll keep my R for track duty till someone desides they want it. Having a dedicated 999R for track duty isn't such a bad thing. :happyrider:
