'03 R6 For Sale. Salvage Title.

In '06 Jim Cambora (Raceworks) built the motor for supersport along with a tranny overhaul (gears replaced due to probs with false neutrals). I then ran this bike during the '06 CMRA sprint season (4 races/wkend) where it got some podiums along with the 3rd place in the 2006 CMRA B SuperBike NV championship. In mid '07 Jim freshened the top end after it developed a head gasket leak, and Steve Upchurch did the dyno tuning. 110 bhp on C2. Jim did all the suspension work as well and the suspension has been serviced in '07. I've only run 4 race wkends in all of '07 (only 3 sprints/wkend), so this motor is still fresh, not worn out. Looking to sell so that I can race a different class next season.

Gotta say: If I was getting back into racing, I'd buy this bike in a hearbeat!

The only thing I'd change would be to remove Sunny's name from the side. Then I'd ride the beotch until it coughed up a trophy!

Free bump and two thumbs up from your's truly.

do you have any of the street gear for it? Are the radiator fans/fan connected?

December 20th, 2007, 10:16 PM
No street gear, bought it race prep'd. All the connectors on the wiring harness are intact though. Radiator and single fan is connected (else, it would boil after coming back to the pits in the 100+ deg weather). Modified overflow can of-course.
