Anyone want to try Avon Distanzias on their supermoto? Less than 400mi used SM sized, 90/10 (street/dirt) tires. Think I'd like to restore the handling on my SV650, which calls for a 120/60 front tire.

Front: 120/70R17 SM 58H MT3.50 3.00 - 3.75 121 4.80 603 23.70

I have these on the Katoom. They stick and handle great. ...even when taking the "short cut" through a turn! :mischief: :happyrider:

I actually just post polls, vote once and then immediately close and delete them...;-)>

and since when do you know about round, black things sticking when they are leaned over?...;-)>

Only you would take a sportbike to an adventure ride on an over-sized front tire...;-)>

I'll take 'em if you still got them.

I have something I can run those out on.

I forgot to mention, they've been taken a while ago.

Now, I do have some MX size 21"f, 19"r Kenda K761 (http://www.kendausa.com/motorcycle/dual_sport.html) (second from bottom in that on that page) dual sport tires that are brand new, if anyone is interested... easier than doing SM conversion with 17" rims... yeah didn't think so. :o
