Check this out! Maybe they've been out a while and I just haven't seen them.

CycleGear sent me an email about them today.

You have to be one die hard fan to sport one of those around.

Looks like they were designed by the same people that do lunch boxes.

Well, I'd buy the KISS one if it had a Gene's tongue on the back. :D

So which one are you getting?

Hammer

If they were $100, I might buy one as a joke just to show up at the occasional bike night with and keep as a spare to humiliate people with bad memories.
But at $350, that's a little much for a chuckle.

None. I'm having mine custom painted. Sonic logo(with "powered by Sonic") on the left side and Starbucks logo (with "fueled by") on the right. The trick will be to remember to wheely to my left when I pull into the parkinglot so that you non-riding Starbuck's posers will accept me into your "java fueled" fold...;-)>

p.s. My new name is Stuntalicious

I'm almost sorry to say that I can get those for anyone who wants one. I personally thought they were pretty cheesey, but Moto Liberty in Dallas figured there was a market. So, I can get them through their dealer account. I'm guessing they are built on either an Icon or KBC (probably the latter) shell and the only thing noticeably special is the artwork. Pretty trick decal work, though. It's not easy to do that much area in that detailed a graphic. I'm sure that's where the price comes in. If I had to sport one, the Hustler one is kinda intersting. :leghump:

It is all old people bands though. Anyone old enough to like those bands is on a harley and doesn't wear a helmet anyways.

This reminded me of those Pepsi commercials where the guy imagines himself his current age in his bubble windowed, airbrushed van.

Those are the guys that invented this product.

I saw the KISS one last week. It's a nice looking helmet but I don't think I would spend the $$ on one.

Are you guys going to make fun of me if I show up with one of those helmet centurions on my lid?

I've always thought they looked very funny... and wanted one as a result.

(in black, of course.)

We'll make fun of you regardless, it's our form of "love". But wouldn't it be more prudent to show up with a sponge and bottle of degreaser glued to your helmet?...;-)>

Just hang on there a sec bud..... I listen to AC/DC and Kizz on a daily basis and there ain't no HARDLY in my possession nor has there ever been. You can ask anyone that knows me and they will tell that grass don't grow under my feet.
Honest statement; I was showing the wife the helmets last night and would drop the cash on the AC/DC helmet sporting Angus  if I had the moola. If I really had the extra cash, I'd get the Kizz helmet also.

Now don't start picking on Paul and Art :naughty:

What ya mean going???

I WAS THERE!!! And graduated with honors :p And no, there weren't flowers in my hair.

I also enjoy Lakeside Park.

How about tomorrow? Everyone else in D/FW is apparently completely lame and more interested in posting on this BBS all day instead of riding.

Tonite's forecast is rain until 10:00 a.m. Sat. morning, then windy until Sunday 05:00 when it begins raining again.

Yes, but oily urination isn't. Neither is fossil puking, taking a "Texas Tea dump", pulling a "Valdeze", and any other thing your Austrian "not quite a sportbike, not quite a dirtbike", might do...;-)>

The one thing it did do was leave that Hardly sportbike wayyyyy behind in the twisties despite the 100+ rwhp disadvantage. It took a looooong straight and an oil geyser for him to catch up. :p

It's a light mist predicted for the Dallas area... 20% chance of rain. Not ideal, but not enough to keep me in!

There's some serious fact stretching going on here.... But I did update the signature to reflect one of them!
