I have a set of lightly used trailwings. The front has <500 miles the rear is around 100 miles. When I built my first SM rimset I put knobs on my dirt wheels. Needless to say after SM wheels there is no going back.

I am thinking $60 for the pair. That's less than what I paid for the rear.

Hmmmm, I might be interested...
Please explain Trailwings... I suspect they're like a 50/50 road/dirt type of tire?

Trailwings are the stock DRZ "S" model rubber. The would be 80/20 in my opinion. The are an excellant street tire, 5k ish out of a rear. I think they are also not bad off road on dry or hard pack. Sand and mud they suck. The term deathwings is derived from limited attempts at any serious offroading.

This was my second front and my 3rd or 4th rear. I flipped between these and knobbies depending on what I was doing for the next while. I was commuting on them, mounted these repacements when I bought a car and started my SM wheels. After building this wheelset I will not go back to a streetish tire on the stock rims. The streetest they will see is the trackmasters. :yippee:
