Did it come with Pilot Sports? What's next? F1GSD3 are good but not to burn up. Kumho MX's are pretty popular for DOT's on the open track challenge cars who have to run street legal - a good tire for burning up.

I've some 18's coming just for autoX and I'm shopping right now for some Kumho MX tires for 'em.

Any leads on who has the best pricing?

I also need a suggestion on some "long lasting" 19" rubber. The Pilot Sports are shagged at 12K miles to the point that the car is a LOT louder at highway speed due to tire noise (price of the last autox ).

Pat Phillips at Discount in Ft. Worth is a good guy. He'll match tirerack prices and ship in whatever they don't have on hand. Just have them delivered to your local discount for mounting. Park/Tollway is a good one (for quality) that we often used.

Otherwise just order from tirerack and have them installed at a trusted discount. The F1's above are some of the best but the MX's are really great and cheap.

You gotta be careful about kicking those dead horses. Sometimes they explode.
