I'm sure the Buell could pull it!!

You could also buy property in AR/OK instead of a house and set it up there...

If the property already had a locking garage. That's been the big holdup... finding a property in our price range that also had enough garage for a tire changer and securing 4-5 bikes.

(Uh, that and the legal battle I've been having with Chase Mortgage that has destroyed my credit, which the Office of the Attorney General of Texas has been kind enough to step in and help remedy.)

I know I'd leave a bike there so I could slab in on the 1300 on Friday nights and then go ride all day Saturday, slab back on Sunday afternoon.

But then I'd have to own/drive a car.

I do enough trips to Austin and Houston in the rental cars -- and sometimes they give me really nice onces like the Passat and the Caddy CTS I've gotten the last two times -- to know that I don't really want much part of 4 wheel ownership unless it's a small 4-banger truck with just enough space to haul my little black tractor to Arkansas for the weekend thus eliminating the need for a car!

(top that for a run-on sentence that's still properly constructed!)

How many this thing sleep? Whats the bed config?

BTW... you should be renting it out in the mean time. Great way to make some money, and get more interest in those that may buy it.

not into the renting thing. renters don't take care of things like owners. not worth the wear and tear depreciation.

Would you buy a car that had been a rental?

Got two hits from Craigslist. One not long after your post asking if I would rent it. The second this morning in regards to buying, but said not interested if had been a rental! ...talk about coincidence!
