Yeah, we've all seen bad instruction on the track, some people can DO, and some people can TEACH, the great ones are the ones that can do both. I have no problems saying, i can't teach for jack, but i can DO ok.

+1000 on the "Choose your own pace" for the track or street, never follow so close that you are pace matching, it never ends well.

Renee, sorry to hear your track experience was so eventful in the wrong way. Don't fret, it can be better! Like SEYMOUR1 said,"TRACK IS MUCH MORE FUN THAN THE STREET". Hopefully the gear did a good job, and you're not finding new aches and pains a couple of days later. If so, tiller has plenty of beer to wash down the ibuprofen.

    elsewhere,...
a few more smart aleck remarks.

Sorry Dave missed your post. It is set up with Level 1, 2, and 3.
They have a little meeting in the morning and have a talk. If anyone needs class time they have some there.

It is very laid back. Any of the guys there to help were more than happy to follow you and lead for you to evaluate your progress. I have had this done at a RS event and they just repeated what they said in the class room. I asked if my body positions was good. He didn't say, just said to hang off the bike and get one whole cheek off the bike.

I have learn so much more from teaming up with any of the Dallas or Fort Worth TSBA guys for help. You actually get advice and not just a generic answer.

    You ask for it.....

By the way, the smart was soooo much fun on the track. I think it will make it back a few more time's, even after smokey is back.

So you're under 3 minutes now? Great!

Sorry about the crash, but remember, it's like airplanes. If you walk away it's good, if you can reuse the equipment, outstanding!
