    Default Moving to Denver!

Well Amigos, a new chapter in my life awaits. I've accepted a position at a company in Denver and will start at the begining of March. I'll move up the last week in Feb and will hopefully nail down an apartment by then.

It is a bittersweet move, the opportunity is very good and Denver is Denver, but leaving my family and friends behind is very tough. The last couple of years have been a challenging period for me and I've been less active in TSBA as I've dealt with these challenges, but I still value the comradarie and good times we have shared over the decade that I've been a part of this group.

I will be in touch with my contact info once I'm settled and look forward to having my fellow TSBA'ers come up to visit and check out the twistys and dirt paths in Colorado.

I'll probably set up a shin dig to say goodbye to my family and friends towards the end of Feb and will post up the details when I've got them.

I used to travel to Denver a lot for work but thank goodness my new job doesn't have operations past west TX. 16th street downtown is cool and you definitely need to go to an Avalanche game. They are serious about their hockey. I plan to be up that way a couple times this summer however I prefer to hang out on the western slope (Durango, Grand Junction). Anyhow good luck and definitely post up a time to grab a few drinks.

I did the same thing .. I took a job far away from all the craziness of Houston and love it everything is 15 min away the traffic here is normal! Hahahahaha normal ... So Charles I wish you the best and hope the distance does not make ya a stranger in our home!

Dang Charles, you do have a lot going on. Scout out some dirty stuff and Scott & I may make it up your way in the summer.

Most of all I wish you the best in this new endeavor.

Charles, best of luck in your new endevour. I surely am going to miss riding with you in the Hill Country, and hope to ride with you in CO sometime. Post up any new contact info when settled in please.

Keep this URL bookmarked for some great day rides up in your area. I used this site recently for a 12 day CO / AZ / UT trip and it was a great resource:
