Default Does Spies still have it?

With all the hype on Cruchlow, Lorenzo, Marquez, & Rossi has this over whelmed Spies mind and winning in MotoGP?

I have talked to Ben a few times (he often visits and does signings at AMS Ducati in Dallas and also can be found at his restaurant in Dallas on occasion) and he is just bummed about the injury. He spent lots of time doing physical therapy at the start of the season and then the crash in Indy just messed up the other shoulder.

Ben wants to start fresh next year and not rush to get back into a losing season this year. He def has had horrible luck the past two years and the rumors are starting to circulate that Ducati is looking to cut his contract. I don't think that will happen, but you never know.

I for one, am looking forward to 2014 when he returns and hopefully will have a decent season.

Riding the Ducati will do that to you...as Crutchlow will soon find out.

Crutchlow made a comment that Ben needs to ride differently. Ben rides the MotoGP Bike like a superbike. From that comment that means MotoGP and Superbike's have nothing in common. However, it appears Ducati seems they do. I wish I had the talent to find out. With Herrin going to Moto2 first maybe there is something about that. It would be great to see Ben on a Suzuki in 2015 as the U.S.A. hope.
