BTW I'm on my own. Deborah's daughter is in town from Seattle and plans changed today. So I'm solo!

Great ride today Mark, thanks for leading. Thanks Bryan, Dan and Randall for riding today...it's always fun to ride with a competant group.
I got home about 2pm. It really didn't seem all that hot today.
On the way home I saw two of Travis Co.s motocops sitting in the shade on Bullock Hollow road. Probably waiting for the Lime Creek GP guys to come by. They gave me the 'palms down' sign to keep it down...I responded with a 'thumbs up'. Made me wonder if one of them was the one who wheelied the moto-unit at our Heather ride a few years ago...

See you guys at the IBI!!

Thanks for the good ride today, gents.

that was actually my first ever ride about on a sport bike, usually riding the Cadillac ZRX.

I'm looking forward to taking the ZX7 out again soon. Ohlins shock should be back from Keith soon. Stocker wasn't quite right. But not too far off.

How did the ride go? Sounded like there were 2 different ones.

Gayle and I headed out to Leakey and got stuck coming back in the Bandera Days parade behind a bunch of longhorn cattle on the parade route for 30 minutes in the 1 o'clock baking sun. Man was it hot!

not sure what makes you think there were two rides. It was the 5 of us all on one ride. We did split up after Wimberly in 3 or 4 directions. Next time make sure you are there. I did the VRR.
I call it the VRR named after you. The Vanishing Ray Route, because everytime we hit that turn before Willow City Loop, you vanish. That would be 2721,1320 and 1323.
